Brokerage
The classic real estate agency, a brokerage between buyer and seller of property. Mainly requested by the property owner (the seller) to make a marketing campaign with the goal to sell the the property. As a real estate agency we take care on the marketing and the arrangement of neutralizing appointment in the notary. The brokerage commission is shared equally between the seller and the buyer and is calculated based on the purchase price of the property.
Property Search
The property search or property finder service is requested by the buyer to find the proper property. In the property search service we will search for properties that are not listed by us in our website and were not given to us by seller as in brokerage. As a real estate agency we take care on the search and the arrangement of neutralizing appointment in the notary. The property search is based on per service fee and not on brokerage commission. The property search can be changed to normal brokerage only if the seller agrees for brokerage commission.
Property Owners Representation
We also provide property owner representation services, which can be offered separately or in addition to our property management services. These include representation under a notarized and non-notarized power of attorney and services provided on a per request basis.
Property Improvement
A property can be compared to a human body and must be maintained in good condition to preserve its market value.
