Property Management Labrador is a property management and brokerage company based in the state of Saxony, Germany. We provide services including property management, property search and brokerage, owner representation, and business consulting.
The company was founded at the end of 2025 in response to the need for a reliable, high-quality management firm that supports international clients and bridges cultural and language gaps.
Property Management Labrador was named after my Labrador, Masya (Pachupa), who was my loyal companion throughout my work and learning journey. Labradors represent versatility, friendliness, family, and loyalty values that are deeply embedded in our firm’s philosophy.
About me
My name is Amit Baida, an Israeli who lives in Germany since August 2019.
My entry into property management is based on practical experience as a tenant, as an assistant supporting property owners, and as a real estate agent involved in the marketing of properties. Over the years, I have seen how unreliable property management leads to frustration, financial losses, and unnecessary risks. Lost documents, unresponsive managers, and unresolved maintenance issues can quickly escalate into serious problems. While assisting property owners and investors, especially those based abroad, I also observed cases of withheld rental income, delayed renovations, and a lack of transparency, often worsened by language barriers and distance. In addition, I bring hands on experience in the marketing of residential and commercial properties. As a licensed real estate agent, I have supported the sale of properties and assisted clients in identifying and acquiring suitable investments. This background allows me to approach property management with a strong understanding of market positioning, value preservation, and long term asset performance. These experiences motivated me to establish my own property management company focused on transparency, reliability, and accountability. I operate with a German property management and brokerage license and support owners with local bureaucracy, day to day management, and professional property marketing. My goal is to protect and enhance property value through responsible management, clear communication, and a strong market oriented perspective.
